Job summary

AAA Parking is seeking friendly, professional Valet Attendants to join The Epicurean Atlanta Hotel team. You’ll be the first and last people guests meet, delivering warm, attentive service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You’ll greet guests, open doors, assist with coats and luggage, provide hotel information, handle valet tickets, park and retrieve vehicles, and keep the area tidy and safe while upholding AAA Parking standards and teamwork with hotel staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Previous valet, hospitality, parking, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome arriving and departing guests.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors and assist guests with coats and luggage.
• Provide helpful information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, entertainment, and points of interest.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles; maintain keys in a secure, organized manner.
• Represent AAA Parking professionally and maintain a clean, inviting valet area.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Follow safety procedures and immediately report incidents to a supervisor.
