Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests according to hotel standards.
• Register all vehicles in parking platform.
• Communicate valet process to guests.
• Assist guests with luggage and directions.
• Park vehicles professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure staffing is sufficient and monitor overtime.
• Service and maintain valet shuttles.
• Plan and facilitate department meetings.
• Assist in department training.
• Run reports and complete shift pass on reports.
• Log all work in appropriate platforms.
• Adhere to safety and driving regulations.
