Job summary

SP+ Corporation in Miami, FL is seeking a Valet Attendant to provide guest services, guide guests, and operate vehicles safely. The role requires communication skills and a valid driver’s license, with a strong preference for candidates comfortable working 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and weekends.

The position offers a pay rate of $16.00/hr, on-site work, and opportunities to join a fast-paced team focused on guest experience and reliability. Previous valet experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Valet Attendant is a MUST.
• A valid state driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a strong plus!
• Availability: Flexible schedule to work special shifts as needed, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends.
• Communication: Read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.
• Eligibility: Must provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S. if hired.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Service: Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, finding creative ways to solve any problems that arise.
• Expert Guidance: Maintain a strong knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways to assist guests with directions.
• Transparency: Clearly explain valet rates and procedures to all customers.
• Inspection: Carefully inspect every vehicle before parking it, noting and reporting any findings.
• Safe Driving: Strictly observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
• Incident Reporting: Immediately report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
