Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience in valet, hospitality, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and guest arrivals.
• Monitor staffing, traffic flow, and peak period coverage.
• Coach team members and promote AAA Parking standards.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and clients for smooth service.
• Maintain safety, keys control, and incident reporting.
