Job summary

AAA Parking seeks an Operations Supervisor to support the valet program at The Hotel at Avalon in Alpharetta, GA. You will assist the Operations Manager by coordinating valet activities and ensuring guest services meet AAA Parking standards.

This role requires strong communication, decision-making under varying weather conditions, and the ability to stand for long shifts. A valid driver's license and background check are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate valet information and policies in a manner easily understood by hospital patients and guests.
• Ability to act independently and make accurate decisions.
• Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in weather-exposed environments with hot/cold/wet/humid or windy conditions for long periods.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation and perform full range of motion (standing, bending, etc.).
• Ability to stand continuously for a full shift.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license (MVR criteria as per company).
• Ability to operate standard and automatic transmission if required.

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing and coordinating all valet activities.
• Provide professional, courteous guest services for patients, visitors, and guests while meeting AAA Parking standards.
• Proactively greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive service.
