Job summary

The Hotel at Avalon in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Valet team. You will assist the Operations Manager in coordinating daily valet activities and ensuring professional guest services for patients, visitors, and guests in line with AAA Parking standards.

You will greet customers, provide quick, courteous service, and handle weather-related conditions while adhering to safety requirements. The role involves standing for long periods and some heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate valet information and policies clearly to hospital patients and guests.
• Ability to act independently and make accurate decisions.
• Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in weather-exposed environments with varying temperatures.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with accommodation.
• Ability to stand continuously for a full shift.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license if required.
