Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Previous valet, hospitality, parking, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and, preferably, manual-transmission vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests warmly.
• Answer questions clearly and professionally.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors and assist guests with coats and luggage.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, entertainment, and points of interest.
• Provide assistance to guests with special needs or disabilities.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously.
• Maintain vehicle keys securely.
• Coordinate with hotel staff for smooth arrivals and departures.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly.
