Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a valet attendant to manage daily operations at a West Palm Beach location. You will greet guests, assist with vehicle entry and exit, and ensure timely service while maintaining safety and a professional image.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching a valet team, adhering to SOPs, and handling daily paperwork. This role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver's license; we offer tips in addition to hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Six months related experience or training preferred.
• Driver's license required with valid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously.
• Ensure customers are receiving timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.
• Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely and professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching a valet team.
• Create staffing schedules according to daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures and protect vehicle/keys safety.
• Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean of debris and spills.
• Design and implement staging to maximize parking capacity.
• Quickly identify vehicle makes and models; understand basic vehicle operations.
• Substitute for any position if needed.
• Complete other duties as required.
