VPNE is seeking a Valet Parking-Key Holder to support a fast-paced, guest-focused operation. You will assist in leading daily parking activities, ensure safety, and help guide team members to deliver high-quality service.

You will manage indoor and outdoor programs, communicate with leadership, track vehicle keys, and maintain professional appearance and guest interactions. The role requires a valid driver's license, 18+, and the ability to stand, lift, and work in any weather.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license in state of residency.
• Clean driving record deemed insurable.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods (1-2 hours).
• Able to use email (including mobile).
• Basic PC skills (Microsoft Word and Outlook).
• Easily able to learn new software systems.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety of team members and guests; complete and communicate incident reports as needed.
• Assist in overseeing all parking programs; fill in for a department role when short staffed.
• Ensure call outs are reported in real time and staff is allocated across departments.
• Operate vehicles safely when required to minimize risk of accidents.
• Maintain tracking of keys and parked vehicles; conduct audits and report discrepancies in real time.
• Ensure team members deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Maintain organization and flow in the garage and surrounding areas.
• Promote a positive workplace reflecting the company’s service standards.
• Foster a supportive team atmosphere and ensure team members are equipped to perform.
• Enforce approved communication and service language among team members.
• Communicate effectively with leadership to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Lead by example with appearance and VPNE uniform standards.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and professional at all times.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to support operational needs.
