Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, WA is seeking a Parking/Valet Attendant to greet guests, park vehicles, and provide friendly, professional service in a fast-paced setting.

You will direct traffic, secure transportation, assist with luggage, and deliver courteous assistance while following safety protocols.

Salary starts at $17.13/hr with discretionary bonuses twice a year, plus complimentary meals and team member parking.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Washington State Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR).
• Ability to obtain a Class IIIB gaming license.
• Able to drive various vehicle types, including stick shift.

Responsibilities

• Directs vehicle traffic, secures transportation, and assists with luggage.
• Safely parks, secures, and retrieves guest vehicles promptly.
• Records guest information and parking details on valet ticket.
• Provides information about the hotel, restaurant, and surrounding areas.
• Delivers professional service to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Maintains safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas.
• Greets visitors, opens doors, and assists elderly/disabled guests.
• Manages opening and closing of parking area/facility.
• Documents and reports vehicle incidents and shift logs.
• Promotes a positive and safe work environment.

• Reports accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, and security/safety hazards to supervisor.
• Monitors and maintains safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas.
• Redirects traffic when parking facility is full and communicates with staff.
• Engages guests and team members professionally.
• Performs assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Smile and engage guests and team members with a positive professional demeanor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Ability to obtain a Class IIIB gaming license.
• MUST HAVE VALID WASHINGTON STATE DRIVER'S LICENSE with a clean driving record (MVR) .
• Able to drive stick shift transmission. Able to drive all types of vehicles.
• Thorough knowledge of local areas and roads.
• 3 years’ experience driving vehicles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to walk, stand, and run for prolonged periods of time.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
