Job summary

Aspen Meadows Resort in Aspen, CO is seeking a Valet/Shuttle Driver (On-call) to warmly welcome guests and manage transportation and bell services, safely operating shuttle buses, golf carts, and assisting with luggage.

You will support Front Desk check-ins/outs, escort guests, explain room features, and coordinate guest transportation while maintaining appearance and safety standards in all weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver's license required.
• Microsoft Office 365 and hotel software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional, welcoming experience for guests at all times.
• Safely transport guests with shuttle buses, golf carts, and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms, explain amenities, and assist with arrivals/departures.
• Support Front Desk with check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
• Coordinate transportation services and maintain vehicle safety and appearance.
