Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen seeks a dedicated Valet to provide prompt valet parking and guest assistance under the supervision of the Guest Services Manager. Responsibilities include safe vehicle handling, incident reporting, and collaboration with Bellpersons and concierge services.

Required are a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license. The role supports a seasonal full-time schedule with benefits and a focus on exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Familiar with hotel fire and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Park and deliver vehicles promptly and safely.
• Ensure vehicle security and proper key handling.
• Document any damages or incidents and report them immediately.
• Assist guests and Bellperson as needed; maintain a clean valet area.
• Assist with front door duties as requested and handle hourly parking payments.
