Job summary

Salamander Collection in Aspen, CO is hiring a Valet/Shuttle Driver for on-call shifts at $22.50 per hour. The role involves welcoming guests, delivering transportation, and assisting with luggage while ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid US driver’s license, and basic computer skills; OPERA Cloud, Nuvola, and EZFacility experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must possess a valid US driver’s license.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office 365; experience with OPERA Cloud, Nuvola and EZFacility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for guests and colleagues.
• Safely transport guests with shuttle buses/SUVs/golf carts and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms, explain hotel amenities, and assist with arrivals/departures.
• Coordinate transportation services and support Front Desk with check-ins/outs.
• Maintain vehicle condition, safety, and scheduling; assist Adventure Concierge and Ski Valet.
