Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous guest service experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and owners warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage and delivering items to rooms.
• Provide valet parking by safely driving and parking vehicles.
• Retrieve guest vehicles promptly on request.
• Maintain a clean valet area and organize carts and workstations.
• Offer directions and help with guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with concierge and front desk to meet guest needs.
• Document vehicle keys, tickets, and guest interactions.
• Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
• Report damage to vehicles or property immediately to management.
• Retrieve and store owner items securely as requested.
• Maintain organized owner storage with inventory logs.
