Job summary

Ace Parking seeks a courteous valet to deliver top-notch customer service at our Bellevue location. You will greet guests, communicate parking procedures, and assist with questions while ensuring accurate vehicle handling and secure ke y storage.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills, and are able to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior valet or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely following policy.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and secure keys.
• Greet guests and clearly communicate parking procedures and fees.
• Assist guests with questions and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Coordinate with teammates to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maximize revenue by ensuring all fees are collected accurately and report maintenance issues promptly.
