Job summary

Ace Parking is seeking team members for overnight shifts in Seattle. Compensation is $22.00–$23.00 per hour plus tips. Schedule: Days TBD, 10:00pm–6:00am.

Responsibilities include promptly parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining accurate records, greeting guests, explaining procedures and fees, and assisting customers with questions or concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physically capable of moving quickly and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Previous valet or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and ensure keys are securely stored.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
• Effectively communicate parking procedures and fees to guests.
• Assist customers with questions or concerns and handle issues professionally.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
