The role emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and prior valet or customer service experience considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve vehicles promptly following company policies and procedures.
• Ensure keys are stored securely and safety guidelines are followed.
• Greet guests warmly and explain parking procedures/fees.
• Assist guests with questions and issues in a calm, professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
• Maximize revenue by efficiently managing parking spaces and ensuring fees are collected.
