Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required or within commuting distance where applicable.
• One (1) month related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Knowledge of principles for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Greet guests and use polite, professional interactions.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage keys and tickets.
