Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking friendly Guest Services team members in Honolulu, HI. The role combines valet, bell, and door attendant duties to create exceptional guest arrivals and departures. Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable handling luggage and guest items.

Flexible scheduling and benefits are provided. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour with shared tip pool and gratuities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and polished demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for valet duties).
• Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport luggage and guest items (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in multiple service areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings.
• Open doors and provide directional assistance as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Provide information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow all safety and vehicle handling procedures; support restaurant valet operations.
