Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a full-time Bell/Valet Attendant at Ohia Waikiki Studio Suites in Honolulu, HI. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure safe, courteous service throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include managing keys, logging vehicle details, responding to guest needs, and promoting hotel services while maintaining a clean lobby area and teamwork with colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and operate vehicle equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage and vehicle management.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; manage keys and logs.
• Assist guests with requests and promote hotel services.
• Deliver items and support guest needs; complete transportation logs.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and support hotel team as needed.
