Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality services at the location. You will greet guests, assist with parking and retrieving vehicles, and help with luggage during arrival and departure.

Responsibilities include maintaining a friendly demeanor, following Towne Park phone etiquette, and assisting guests with directions, reservations, and amenities information. A strong emphasis is placed on safety and guest satisfaction while handling tickets and revenue
