Job summary

Renaissance Saint Elm Dallas Downtown is seeking a courteous Valet to greet guests, assist with luggage, drive guests to and from rooms, and ensure vehicles are handled safely. You will inform guests of safety features and local services while coordinating transportation as needed.

Maintain valet areas, assist with baggage transfers, and support bell staff and other departments. The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and adherence to Azul Hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Excellent customer relations skills and politeness in all interactions.
• Ability to operate basic computer systems and office equipment as needed.
• Must have valid driver license and meet insurance requirements for vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to and from rooms and assist with luggage.
• Inform guests of safety features and promote services and attractions.
• Call taxis and manage coordination of guest transportation.
• Maintain valet stand, driveway, bell carts and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Support other departments with transporting boxes and supplies.
