Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles safely and assists with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; issue and collect keys and claim checks.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries about facility amenities.
