Job summary

Towne Park in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure. You will greet guests professionally and support smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, answering inquiries about local amenities, explaining parking rates, processing tickets, and maintaining accurate vehicle records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
• One month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and assist guests with parking and luggage.
• Greet guests and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; provide information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets and keys; ensure accurate vehicle records.
