Job summary

Towne Park Guest Service Associate in Portland is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, and guiding them to local amenities. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and basic math skills.

You will work AM/PM shifts with compensation that includes hourly pay plus tips, in a customer-focused team. Proactive communication and a friendly demeanor ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• One month related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; manages ticket information and revenue as needed.
