Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at our Portland location. You will park and retrieve guests' vehicles promptly and safely, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and local information.

This role requires strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and a customer-focused attitude to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license; ability to operate within local driving area.
• One month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Assists guests with parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and safely.
• Assists guests with luggage delivery and pickup where applicable.
• Provides guests with directions, taxis, reservations and facility information; delivers messages and items as requested.
• Handles ticket information, location of vehicles, and revenue collection as needed.
