Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at our Portland location. You will help guests with parking, luggage handling where needed, and maintain a friendly, efficient service approach.

The role requires a focus on safety, accuracy in ticketing and payments, and strong English communication. Working hours are 2pm–10pm with benefits including 401k and telemedicine options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required for the applying state or near commuting distance.
• One month of related experience or training, or an equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of principles for customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, provide attentive service, and maintain professionalism.
• Assist guests with parking and retrieval of vehicles, including luggage handling where applicable.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue/collect claim checks and keys.
• Provide directions and information about facility amenities and local attractions.
