Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services to guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide information about local amenities. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient support in a time-sensitive environment at the Philadelphia location.

The position offers an hourly base pay of $10 plus tips, with a schedule including Tuesday morning, night shift, and Friday/Saturday mid shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applying state or nearby area.
• One month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests and use guest last names in interactions.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and area information to guests.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage ticket information and revenue collection.
