Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver high‑quality hospitality by greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting with luggage at arrival and departure. You will communicate clearly, maintain safety, and deliver a positive guest experience across every interaction.

Compensation includes an hourly base pay of $12.15 plus tips, with a typical schedule of 4–5 shifts per week. Benefits and 401k options may apply depending on classification and hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write standard English.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly; assist with luggage when applicable.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; convey information about facility amenities.
