Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state or within commuting distance, as required.
• One month of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet and use guest last names during interactions.
• Answer and manage guest communications with proper Towne Park phone etiquette; assist guests in arrival and departure, including luggage handling where applicable.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently; assist with bell services and luggage storage as needed; open vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
• Shuttle guests to approved locations; explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect claim checks and manage ticket information within the valet system.
