Job summary

PM-Hospitality-Strategies, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk team member for Crowne Plaza Dulles in Herndon, VA. You are the first point of contact and welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and share local information.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, promoting amenities, handling valet parking, and transporting guests safely. A High School diploma and 3–6 months related experience are preferred; a valid CDL is required. Flexible schedules including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting every guest with a smile and a friendly greeting.
• Promoting the amenities and services of the hotel and be an ambassador for our city.
• Park guest vehicles and/or retrieve valet-parked guest vehicles in a timely and courteous manner.
• Transport guests in a timely and safe manner.
