Job summary

Towne Towne is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver hospitality at our parking and mobility locations. You’ll greet guests, assist with luggage, and securely park or retrieve vehicles while keeping guest safety in mind.

The role emphasizes friendly service, clear communication, and efficient handling of tickets and payments. A valid driver’s license and basic English skills are required to perform daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work.
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language, understand times and money calculations, and operate basic tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxi info, and information about facility amenities and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and collection of payments; issue and track keys and claim checks.
• Maintain accurate ticket information, guest folio, and vehicle location for the valet system.
• Deliver messages or items as requested and shuttle guests as needed.
