Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Ability to communicate with guests and respond to questions about hotel services and local attractions.
• Ability to deal with internal and external customers with patience, tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to drive vans, trucks and cars with or without accommodations.
• Ability to lift and move luggage up to 75 lbs with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests warmly and professionally.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
• Assist with luggage handling and escort guests to rooms.
• Coordinate valet parking and vehicle retrieval with tickets and documentation.
• Explain hotel facilities, hours of operation and local attractions to guests.
• Assist with airport/local transportation needs and taxi arrangements.
• Maintain clean and organized guest service areas and lobby spaces.
• Post daily events and assist VIP guests as needed.
