Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant in San Francisco, CA. You will warmly greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely, and explain rates to customers as part of delivering excellent service.

The role requires you to be energetic and outgoing, 18+ with a valid driver’s license for at least two years, and available for AM/PM and overnight shifts, including weekends. Graveyard differential applies, and benefits are available for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic and outgoing with the ability to stand, run, and carry items if needed.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with a friendly, professional approach.
• Experience in customer service; valet experience is a plus.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and resolves customer issues positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them on exit.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain parking rates and instructions to guests.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat uniform appearance and resolve issues professionally.
• Be outside and active, standing and walking, with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
