Job summary

All About Parking Inc. is seeking a part-time Attendant in Sunnyvale, CA to deliver client-facing valet and EV charging support, greet customers, park and retrieve vehicles, and assist with driving operations and reports.

The role requires strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; some customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must have 3 years of driving experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with no accidents or 2-point driving infractions in the last 5 years.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some customer service/public relations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and outgoing customers in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Provide valet parking guidance and EV charging support.
• Drive other employees and guests to designated areas.
• Maintain station operations and keep logs up to date.
• Perform hourly and daily key audits and manage tickets, keys, and equipment.
• Assist with traffic control, reports, and data entry as required.
