Job summary

All About Parking Inc. is hiring for a valet attendant responsible for client-facing support, EV management, and driving operations. You will greet customers, park/retrieve cars, answer questions, and drive associates to locations as needed.

The role requires strong customer service, driving experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A valid license and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must have 3 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver's license with no accidents or 2-point infractions in the last 5 years.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some customer service/public relations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate in a positive manner with co-workers, customers and vendors at all times.
• Work effectively on a team and independently to resolve customer issues.
• Accommodate a flexible work schedule, including different times and locations.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming customers and manage valet operations.
• Assist with EV charging logs and EV operations.
• Drive coworkers and guests to designated areas as needed.
• Provide directions and traffic control assistance.
• Perform hourly/daily key audits and handle tickets/keys.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Support in keeping logs and reports up to date.
• Assist with equipment and inventory as required.
