Job summary

Metropolis Technologies is seeking friendly, safety-minded valet drivers in Seattle to ensure smooth parking experiences for guests. You will inspect vehicles, explain rates, follow traffic rules, and provide excellent customer service while wearing a clean uniform.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver's license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work 2nd, 3rd shifts and/or weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for clients, resolving requests efficiently, and communicating proactively.
• Inspect every vehicle before parking, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets, landmarks, and freeways for a seamless experience.
• Arrive in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
