Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Available for special shifts including nights and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (documentation required).
• Ability to communicate information clearly to customers and co-workers.
• Ability to read, write, and use basic math including currency and memos.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for clients, resolving requests and proactively communicating.
• Inspect each vehicle before parking to note any findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
