Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Valet driver in the Detroit area to provide friendly, safe parking services for customers. You will drive vehicles, communicate clearly with clients, and maintain a neat uniform on every shift.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, ability to drive a manual transmission, and eligibility to work in the United States. Competitive hourly pay with tips plus comprehensive benefits is available.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability for second/third shifts and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (legal documentation).
• Accurate information delivery and professional customer communication.
• Ability to read, write, and manage US currency and basic memos.
• Follow instructions and stay composed with interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our promise by resolving client requests and concerns promptly.
• Inspect each vehicle before parking and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers clearly.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents or hazards to management.
• Know major streets and landmarks for seamless transport.
• Wear the clean uniform and be on time for every shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
