Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking valet drivers to deliver seamless parking experiences across locations in the U.S. You will interact with customers, inspect vehicles, explain rates, and adhere to safety standards while maintaining a clean uniform and punctuality.

Responsibilities include proactive client communication, reporting incidents, and supporting management with additional duties as assigned. This role requires flexibility for various shifts and an eligibility-to-work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts (2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to provide accurate information and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
• Ability to read, write, and use basic US currency and memos.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients through resolving client requests and concerns efficiently, finding new ways to solve problems that may arise, and communicating proactively with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report all accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.
• Know the area's major streets, landmarks, and freeways to ensure customers have a seamless transportation experience.
• Come to work in your clean uniform every scheduled shift, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in complete uniform for the entirety of your shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
