Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends as needed.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and professional problem-solving for customers.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic currency calculations.
• Calm, adaptable approach to changing situations on shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers clearly.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets, landmarks, and freeways for seamless transport.
• Arrive in clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
