Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Hospitality Valet Attendant for luxury hotels, resorts and events in the Washington, DC area. You will be the first and last touchpoint for guests, delivering a welcoming, professional experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining a tidy valet area, and upholding safety and service standards while engaging guests with energy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required/preferred.
• Customer service attitude and demeanor are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient valet service and warm guest greeting.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely while maintaining a polished appearance.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure guest requests are handled professionally.
• Maintain clean valet areas and follow attendance/timekeeping policies.
• Participate in staff meetings and complete training modules on time.
