Job summary

The Laylow, Autograph Collection Hotel in Honolulu seeks a friendly Driver to join our full-time team. You will greet guests, drive guest vehicles safely, open doors, and help guests move through the property with a warm, Hawaiian hospitality mindset.

We value approachable, professional personalities who can lift up to 50 pounds, read guest needs, and provide accurate information about hotel facilities while ensuring secure handling of keys and vehicles throughout the guest journey.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to safely drive guest vehicles.
• Ability to read guests and anticipate their needs.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every guest, ensure a fond farewell, and explain hotel facilities.
• Engage guests in friendly, professional yet warm conversation.
• Safely and securely drive guest vehicles and store keys securely.
• Open doors and assist guests entering or leaving the property.
