Hotel Equities is seeking a friendly Valet/Bellperson in Honolulu to deliver top-tier guest service. You will assist with luggage, park and retrieve vehicles, and respond to guest needs to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and follow instructions.
• Good customer service and courtesy for guests.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 65 lbs.
• Able to greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide directions.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a friendly, service-minded attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and assist with unloading luggage.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Transport luggage to rooms and assist guests with luggage on departure.
• Respond to guest requests (laundry, newspapers, etc.) and document deliveries.
• Promote hotel services and provide up-to-date information to guests.
• Notify engineers of vehicle maintenance needs and follow up.
• Maintain a transportation log and ensure safety of passengers and belongings.
• Keep lobby areas clean and assist other team members as needed.
• Seasonal duties may include snow removal and outdoor cleaning.
