The Laylow, Autograph Collection Hotel in Waikiki seeks an experienced Front of House leader to oversee and support our dining operations. You will develop and motivate the team, ensuring a warm, seamless guest experience across outlets, and manage guest requests with a professional, aloha spirit.

Responsibilities include coordinating service, assisting with scheduling and payroll, and guiding staff to deliver exceptional hospitality while upholding Makeready's standards and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams or front-of-house operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guest focus.
• Proven ability to develop and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house service to ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience.
• Assist with managing team members and scheduling.
• Assist with guest requests and needs as they arise.
• Process payroll and coordinate team member schedules.
