Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring valet drivers to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced parking environment. You will interact with customers, inspect vehicles, explain rates, and ensure safe driving practices while upholding uniform standards during every shift.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a willingness to work flexible shifts, and the ability to handle cash and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with manual transmission is a plus.
• Shifts may include 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and communicating proactively.
• Inspect each vehicle before parking and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to management.
• Know major streets and landmarks for seamless service.
• Dress in clean uniform and be on time for each shift.
• Support management with additional duties as assigned.
