Cornerstone Parking Group, Inc. is seeking a friendly Valet to greet guests, assist with opening doors, and manage vehicle flow in a busy parking facility. You will uphold professional appearance and excellent customer service while following safety and HIPAA guidelines.

The shift includes weekend hours, requires a valid driver’s license, at least one year of customer service, and the ability to drive manual transmissions. Training is provided and uniform is supplied.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist valet customers with opening/closing doors and directions.
• Follow damage check procedures for valet vehicles.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in assigned areas.

Overview

The Valet position is a high profile, customer service position and will assist customers who park in a large parking facility. This position will also assist with traffic control in the drive lane areas. In this very visible role, it is vital that individuals maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times Valets must adhere to Cornerstone standards of employee conduct.

Shift

• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service by greeting and assisting valet customers with opening/closing car doors, providing wheelchairs as needed, providing information and directions, etc.
• Follow damage check procedures for valet vehicles.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles from assigned parking areas.
• Keep traffic moving and drive lanes/fire lanes clear.
• Adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
• Report to work on time and for your scheduled shifts. Maintaining an acceptable attendance record as defined by Cornerstone Parking Group is a key component to this position.
• Report to work in proper uniform.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, responsible driving record.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, strongly preferred.
• Driving and parking vehicles of varying sizes.
• Minimum one year customer service experience.
• Possess a strong desire to serve and care for valet customers.
• Consistently demonstrate courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers, colleagues, management and leadership teams, and our client.
• High standard of integrity; reliable, responsible.
• Physical demands
• Able to stand, walk, and jog for extended periods of time (including moving up and down stairs on a regular basis). Being on your feet and moving accounts for approximately 95% of time during shift, depending on parking volume, day of the week, time of day and location.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.
• Able to read, write, comprehend and converse in the English language.
