Job summary

Isleta Resort and Casino in Albuquerque, NM seeks a courteous Valet/Bell Services team member to provide valet parking, transportation and luggage services, delivering World Class Guest Service. You will greet guests, transport vehicles and items, assist guests with directions and resort services, and maintain a safe, friendly atmosphere consistent with Isleta standards.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid NM driver's license, and ability to obtain a Gaming License; must pass background

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Six months driving experience with automatic/manual transmissions.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Gaming License.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Must be flexible with work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must acquire Alcohol Servers license within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous valet, transportation and luggage services.
• Retrieve and transport guests’ items and luggage to designated areas.
• Drive and/or retrieve guest vehicles safely to/from valet parking.
• Assist guests with directions, resort information and guest services.
• Maintain security of keys, luggage and vehicles, and report hazards.
