Job summary

Isleta Resort & Casino seeks a transportation attendant to provide safe, friendly shuttle service for internal and external guests. You will adhere to schedules, assist with luggage, and share information about resort transportation and parking.

The role supports a World Class Guest Service standard and requires maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor on every shift. You must be able to obtain a New Mexico gaming license, pass pre-employment checks, and be flexible with work hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Entry level position.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a New Mexico Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and provides information about transportation and parking services.
• Transports guests to and from Isleta Resort & Casino in a safe and courteous manner.
• Adheres to transportation schedules and routes.
• Handles guests' luggage and items, loading and unloading as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of resort programs, events and services for guest inquiries.
• Makes transportation announcements as needed.
• Assists with department projects and recommends process improvements.
• Identifies and reports any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• May perform valet attendant duties as assigned.
