Job summary

AAA Parking is seeking a friendly, professional Valet Attendant for The Epicurean Atlanta Hotel in Atlanta, GA 30309. You will greet guests, assist with coats and luggage, and provide local information in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include safely parking/retrieving vehicles, maintaining keys, and delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and uphold a polished appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Previous valet, hospitality, parking, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and, preferably, manual-transmission vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome arriving and departing guests.
• Answer questions clearly and professionally.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors and assist guests with coats and luggage.
• Provide helpful information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, entertainment, and points of interest.
• Provide thoughtful assistance to guests with special needs or disabilities.
• Create a welcoming, memorable experience from arrival to departure.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously.
• Maintain vehicle keys in a secure, organized manner.
• Treat every guest vehicle with care and respect.
